The H3 Visa is a nonimmigrant visa that allows foreign citizens to temporarily come to the US either as a trainee to receive professional training in any field other than graduate medical education, or as a Special Education Exchange Visitor to participate in a special education programme focusing on helping children with disabilities.

Thanks to the H3 Visa, you can come to the US to receive training that is not available in your home country. You can then use the experience and skills you get in the US to find a job abroad. Keep in mind that if you come to the US on the H3 Visa, you will not be able to work.
